10. December 31, 2010: Love that I was able to ride today, this last day of 2010. It was 50 degrees here in Chicago, a bit windy, and rainy. Perfect!

9. June 3, 2010: I titled this image Making Waves. I still love it and it was the most commented on of all my ride images this year.

7. July 24, 2010: One of the many coffee stops in France. I loved this corner place so much. I hated to leave it…I felt like I was in a movie set. That’s my Seven propped up there on the left.

6. July 20, 2010: This was the night before we left London for Paris. The dreariness of the room could only be shot in black and white. I lay on the bed that evening and looked at my bike not knowing what the next four days would bring.

5: July 21, 2010: Arriving in Abbeville was particularly satisfying. It was a bad day for a fellow rider and I stayed with her the whole day, pacing her and making sure she arrived safely. I think we may have been the last ones to arrive that day, but who cares?

2. April 1, 2010: This was the first day of “30 Days of Biking” and the first day I started documenting my rides with photographs. It was also one of the first days that I commuted to work on my bike: a 50 mile round trip ride. That was a day that changed a lot of things for me.

1. July 24, 2010: What can I say? Obviously one of the best days I’ve ever had on the bike…perhaps it will be that forever.

Happy new year. I can’t wait to see what 2011 brings.
