I cooked for a friend’s 40th birthday party, held in Santa Fe. Since I wasn’t in my own kitchen with all my tools/gadgets/staples, I opted for dishes that were easy to prepare with minimal ingredients. It was also important that I selected dishes that I had made many times before − the kitchen I was working in wasn’t very well stocked, so not much there to “fix” anything if something went wrong! All-in-all, a very successful event.

Cocktail Party Buffet
